CHRISTINA

Christina A. Bennett is a contemporary romance author writing Black and multicultural love stories that explore the complexity of modern dating, the aftermath of heartbreak, and the courage it takes to try again. Her debut novel, No Place Like You, released in November 2025, is a moody, emotionally grounded story steeped in culture, friendship, and second chances.

Christina’s work centers heroines who are starting over—women who have loved deeply, lost honestly, and are brave enough to believe in real partnership again. She is drawn to stories of friends-to-lovers, age-gap romance, and unexpected connections, crafting narratives that feel intimate, stylish, and reflective of the way love actually unfolds today.

An Illinois native, Christina attended the University of Illinois, where she earned her degree in Cinema Studies—an influence that shows up in her atmospheric settings and character-driven storytelling. Outside of writing, she is a project manager with over a decade of experience and an aspiring lifestyle content creator.

Inspired to pursue writing after navigating her own heartbreak and health challenges, Christina is passionate about honoring the depth and diversity of the African American community through nuanced characters and lived-in worlds. She currently resides in Highland Park, Illinois.
